couldn't clear monitor session from my 6500

I tried to clear monitor session on 6500 and keep on getting the following error:

%Another session parameters or permit-list is being configured

%Please wait for another configuration to complete.

Please let me how i can go about clearing the monitor session.

Hello Abdul,

Please try the below in the switch,

switch#test monitor clear config lock

This should be implemented on RP side which sets the semaphore to FALSE. Since the command tampers with the semaphore which might have been hold by an another console/telnet session.
