Create "line vty"

Dear guys,

   I need your help, when i config, i use the command "no line vty 0 4" and try to create it again by command "line vty  0 4" but it's errors. So help me to create it again.

Try "line vty 0 15".

Are you using any authenticating server like TACACS ? it seems you are not authorized to this command. sometimes admin allow the specific commands to persons and in your case your user is not allowed to create "line vty 0 4"
