I found in the buglist that in the Denali the problem is solved and was detect on a Fuji and the Everest versions,
but not for the 03.06.08E version. In the 03.06.09E version it's not resolved and even it's not in the Open Caveats.

You may have to work with TAC to identify root cause. MOSFET fault maybe related to bad hardware too
