Define which port in LAN initiates spanning tree rebuilding

Hello,

does exist command "debug spanning-tree ..." or other which clearly can show which port in LAN initiates spanning tree rebuilding?

The problem is that periodically in LAN spanning tree starts tree building a tree and this cause to LAN unavailability for every device while algorithm does not complete execution.

I think you can use 'debug spanning-tree events' but just wondering about the root cause of the issue, could you give more clarity on teh scenario and the connectivity?
