Dell Powerconnect 6248p switch - Cisco SPA 504g phone and PC on same port configuration

So I have a few Powerconnect 6248p switches and Cisco SPA 504g phones. I also have a have a handful of Polycom Soundpoint IP 560 SIP phones. The Cisco SPA504g and the computer are daisy chained and connected on the same switch network port.

So the network cable goes  from the switch port to the phone, from the phone (there is a PC jack) that is connected to the workstation.

My question is, how do I configure the switch so the phone and computer are on separate vlans. I have been trying different examples on the web but none work. Please help! Thanks in advance.

Make sure LLDP-MED is enabled on the phone:
