DESIGNING/BUILDING A DMZ

Can anyone recommend a specific book(s) on the design and architecture of a DMZ, DMZ server farm, web-based DMZ servers, etc?

I want something comprehensive and gives different design models...

I would greatly appreciate some suggestions...
