we setup a new DHCP scope and setup a couple PCs to get their IPs via the new scope.
now the PCs with the new DHCP addresses cannot ping any 2960 that's on VLAN 1. but they're able to ping everything else on VLAN 1.
the switches in question are config-ed to run VoIP. therefore, they have QOS, etc. the only ACL is for the VoIP.
the devices connected to those switches can get out, etc.
i just cannot connect to the switches, either via ping or telnet.
i have several other cisco switches, i.e. 3750, 3850, etc and i can get to those.
i can provide configs per request.
Thoughts?
Thanks

Do the PCs getting IP from new DHCP scope have the correct gateway?
Do the 2960 switches have the correct gateway configured?

Hi,
Could you share the "Show IP route" and "Show ip inter br | ex un" and Show IP access-list?

The switch that is not replying to ICMP, SSH, telnet, etc. I think it is 2960.

HI,
Are you trying to access the switch from another VLAN?
If yes, then run a "no ip routing" on the switch and configure "ip defalt-gateway x.x.x.x" command.

Default gateway is 10.30.47.254
Host Gateway Last Use Total Uses Interface
ICMP redirect cache is empty
KWCHSW40#Show ip inter br | ex un
Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status Protocol
Vlan1 10.30.47.235 YES NVRAM up up

Just to be clear - KWCHSW40 is the switch that you are not able to ping? If so please post the output of show arp on that switch. Might also be helpful to see output of these commands
show cdp neighbor
show interface trunk
show interface

Hi,
Everything seems correct. So I think it is better to provide both switches running configuration.

Hi,
Is VLAN communication allowed between two switches means there is VLAN allowed on the uplink port?
Are you getting an IP address on the devices are connected to the 29xx switch?
Is the default gateway correct?
