Devices Isolation

We have there devices that we need to isolate them. what is the best way to isolate them from other VLANs.

Suppose that device A,B and C Connected to Vlan1 and we want to allow them connect only to particular Server IP address in Vlan2  which is running in the DMZ.

What is the best way to do isolation? and how?
