Disable express setup on cisco IE-4010-4S24P

I wan to  disable express setup on cisco IE-4010-4S24P.

We are using no setup express on 2960 switch.

But this command not working on cisco IE-4010-4S24P.

the only way I could find to (indirectly)  disable Express Setup is by disabling the http server (see the link below).

This is no good / no beuno !  

  Need to be able to disable Express Setup with something other than a pliers/pocket knife.
