DISABLE INTRA-VLAN ROUTING FOR SPECIFIC HOSTS

Hello Guys, 

I have a VLAN with over 200 hosts. I am trying to separate about 6 different hosts from the rest of the hosts in the same VLAN. I want host 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 to be able to communicate with each other but all other hosts from 7 to 200 to NOT be able to communicate with hosts 1,2,3,4,5 and 6. 

My Topology is such as:

Core Switch--->Access Switches 

Core Switch handles all the routing, VLAN creation, DHCP E.T.C

Please help!!!

in that case you need to create VLAN ACL - is that something your device should support.
