Hi all,
Sorry if this has been answered on other thread but I was unable to find a clear answer on the blogs I read neither on Cisco documentation.
I'm working on a project and thinking on installing a couple of Cisco 2960-X switches in stack. However I am worried about the downtime when upgrading the stack.
Does 2960-X support RSU (Rolling Stack Upgrade)? Or does the full stack need to be reloaded when upgrading causing a disruption on devices connected to it?
Thanks in advance

The stack need to reboot to get latest verison, you need to have downtime window for this maintenace upgrade.

yes there is no other option here unfortunatly.
if the end device has dual uplink facility is the other option as redundant to minimise the service outage.
