EEM not available on 9410 switch

Hi guys,

I have two C9410R chassis and want to use EEM to schedule tftp backup.

However one of the switches have no EEM function available. It does not accept the commands.

Both are running Version 16.9.2 and both have same DNA-A license.

What could be the issue when both have the same firmware and hardware? Pls help.
