Embedded-Service-Engine0/0 administratively down alarm?

                   I have a Cisco Router C3900.

the interface Embedded-Service-Engin 0/0 is administratively is down.

But when the router reboot, the router check the interface and since it's down, it does send an alarm (SNMP trap).

Does anyone know how to stop it from doing this?

What i meant by sending an alarm, is that it does send an SNMP trap???
