we have use VPLS as our L2 extension, do we have to use EoMPLS as well, what's the benefit of EoMPLS?

It depend on your goal. EoMPLS is E-Line technology, so its just P2P L2 tunnel over mpls enabled network. VPLS is E-LAN technology, that simulates broadcast media over mpls enabled network and also builds MP2MP L2 tunnels

EoMPLS basically is implemented when you are using sub-interfaces and dot1q. But it will works like point-to-point only, if you want point-to-multipoint VPLS could be a solution.
