Error CDP on POE devices

There is a massive problem occurring on my network.
specifically the IP cameras, they began to appear as IEEE PD devices, it does not identify them as Cisco devices and it is not possible to see them by CDP.

I describe some points:
- Occurs only with cisco IP cameras in many different models (2500, 2600, 6000P, 4500, 3620, 3630)
- Other devices like phones, AP or DMP will work properly.
- Occurs in multiple branches with different switch models and IOS (2960, 3560, 3850)
- Occurs in more than 100 different IP cameras
- some IP cameras detect them correctly
- The cameras in IEEE PD, turn on correctly, have ping response, web access and register in VSOM without problems, but it is not possible to see them by CDP.

Post the complete output to the command "sh version" (remove the hostname).
Is this problem more prevalent with IOS-XE or classic IOS?

Hello Leo, Thanks for your comment.
attached show version.
For the example I used a specific case, but as I mentioned this is happening in multiple switches (2960, 3560, 3850) with different IOS (cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.12.07.SPA, cat3k_caa-universalk9.03.07.04E.SPA, cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.03.08.SPA, c3560-ipbasek9-mz.122-55.SE7, c2960-lanlitek9-mz.122-55.SE12, c2960-lanlitek9-mz.150-2.SE11) and with multiple camera models.

Regards.

There is a very long list of PoE, CDP/LLDP bugs affecting switches that are on IOS-XE, like 3650/3850, Catalyst 9k.
Aside from software bugs, 3650/3850, Catalyst 9200/9300 have a hardware design fault:  CSCvj76259 & CSCvd46008.

However, I do not believe this is a switch issue because this is happening to all your Cisco IPTV cameras regardless of IOS version.  I suspect the problem is squarely on the IPTV themselves.

in one port run lldp and check, may be it not support CDP
also can I know the Camera model?

It occurs in different camera models (2600, 4500, 6000P, 3620, 3630).
all are cisco brand, support CDP and this is enabled correctly.
all the cameras were working correctly and were detected by CDP without problems until the failure began to occur.
the bug is spreading through the network regardless of the model of switch, camera or ios.

try activating only LLDP, also only CDP, deactivating both, restarting sw and cameras, updating IOS and the error persists.
