After upgrade and reboot the warning were disapear.

Hi,
Seems to be an internal bug and there isn't much info publicly available. This post is from 2018. Cisco TAC may have more info almost 2 years later.

Yes, it maybe best to open a ticket with TAC. Hopefully a software upgrade can remedy the issue, if not it may require an RMA.
