Hello all,
Recently we upgraded a crypto image for one of the 6509 series switch. Upon rebooting the switch to start with new IOS, the switch is throwing out the below message. And its not booting.,
Autoboot executing command: "boot bootflac6k_sup2 processor with 131072 Kbytes o
f main memory
Autoboot executing command: "boot bootflash:c6sup22-jk2s-mz.121-27b.E4.bin"
open(): Open Error = -9
loadprog: error - on file open
boot: cannot load "bootflash:c6sup22-jk2s-mz.121-27b.E4.bin"
Note: We deleted the older image since there not enough space.
Am struck here. ANybody help!!!

If you are in rommon try :
boot sup-bootdisk:c6sup22-jk2s-mz.121-27b.E4.bin
BTW is this the file on the supervisor , or is the old one ?
Also paste the output :
dir bootflash:

Was the file in msfc bootflash or supervisor bootflash ? Is the box hybrid or native ?
