Hi

If you are in rommon try :

boot sup-bootdisk:c6sup22-jk2s-mz.121-27b.E4.bin

BTW is this the file on the supervisor , or is the old one ?

Also paste the output :

dir bootflash:

Dan

Was the file in msfc bootflash or supervisor bootflash ?  Is the box hybrid or native ?
