When I connect to the switch(2960x) for the first time with the console, I get the following error and I cannot enter any command

Error opening tftp://IP/ios name.bin (Time out

Hi,

If you cannot enter any commands, reload the switch, go to Rommon, and try to look for a valid IOS on the flash.
