Then, from the ROMON, I've booted on the old Ios 15.2(2)E7 and the switch stucks at the same step.

Is it dead ?

Thank you for your support.

Fred.

Hi,

There is no major event noticed in the given logs. Can you share complete boot logs and Have you tried with different ISO versions?

I advise to download the same version again from the Cisco website and verify the MD5 value of the image with the Cisco website and try again.

Deepak Kumar,

Hi Kumar, I cant' provide complete logs now, I'm not on site.

But as you said, there isn't any usual event and it's the same logs when I boot on both IoS version.

I've checked the MD5 hash before upgrading switch, it was correct.

Hi,

As said we need more logs to find out the real issues.

Regards,
Deepak Kumar,
