This issue looks like disappeared after modifying the interfaces linking the Host ESXi with the switch blades from Active/standby to Active/Active .
the Active/Active was configured with load balancing conditioned on Route based on originating virtual port
Actually we are not able to explain why this issue has been resolved but any way now is working fine so if anyone could help in explaining this issue it would be very appreciated

Top Level Looks like some Spanning Tree issue.
can you post full configuration of both Nexus ?

Sorry i could not post the all config of the Nexus , please could you tell witch part of config is most linked to this is issue and I will post it because i have to erase some descriptions .

Some it is hard to say what was the issue. So that require some analysis of the issue.
If any sensitive information please remove and post high level config ( mainly interested to see your spanning tree).
some outoput : before the problem, and when the problem persists
show spanning-tree
show spanning-tree root
