Can it be possible to form a etherchannel connectivity between to stacks i.e (between 3850 stack and 3560 horizontal stack) ?
Is there a compatibility between 3850 and 3560 switches ?

Hello,
an Etherchannel between a 3850 stack and a 3650 stack ? No problem at all. What are you running into ?

Etherchannel can be formed as per the requirement, as Long the member of the interface should be same speed on both sides.

Sure, as both @Georg Pauwen and @balaji.bandi already noted.
Just wanted to add, the two different ends might also use different LB algorithms too (not too common on other than very old equipment which didn't offer src-dest options), but for optimal usage, I recall the Catalyst 3K stacks suggest not using the stack master as one of the Etherchannel links, if possible. Further, recall (?), you might want to enable stack MAC not change as Etherchannel might be in-op until new stack master takes over.
