Ethernet port very slow connection after UPS down

I have Cisco 2960c-12pc-l . Was working great for last 10 years, recently experienced UPS power fluctuation and finally switching itself off. After connecting the power to switch via power socket, I have noticed the Ethernet connection is very poor quality - almost zero connectivity to Internet/Local Network.

Tried different cables on different ports, not working. Tried upgrading firmware and laptop network drivers.

 

The Linksys router connects to switch's Gigabit port and shows purchased connection speed.

However it doesnt work to Fast Ethernet ports.

 

Attaching my laptop connected port configuration and show config. First couple minutes Ethernet connection works fine, then the speed goes to zero.

Hey everyone, I run test that didnt perform previously.

 

I connected another laptop to the problem switch, to same port (as previous laptop) and the speed is very high.

Seems the problem is with my laptop network card.

 

Not sure, if this community can help to solve such issues.

If yes, can you advise at least next steps?

it is simple config, nothing complicated.

 

how is your ISP provider connection connected to this switch (what port)

Do below test :

 

can you connect that cable to your Laptop and test it, what is your observation is that good (we are by pass switch and see if that make any difference)

Hello, thank you for prompt reply. Attached the speed test from R1-Laptop

My connection is like this:

Both R1, R2 connects to Gig ports on Cisco Switch.

ISP - R1(Huawei) - Cisco Switch (cisco 2960c-12pc-l) - R2(Linksys)

is this output you have attached when you connect directly to ISP ? or using switch ?

Do you have single ISP connection ?

 

unplug the linksys router and test.

May be because  Full-duplex !!

Full-duplex, 100Mb/s, media type is 10/100BaseTX
