EVE-NG : configuring Vlans and port-channel on a cisco VIOS router

Hi all,
I'm working on EVE-NG and need to configure CEs (see attached diagram).
My CEs are Cisco routers running Cisco IOS Software, IOSv Software (VIOS-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 15.6(2)T.
I notice that it is:
- impossible to create and configure VLANs
- impossible to configure VLANs in the spanning-tree command
- impossible to configure VTP
- impossible to configure int port-channel

Is there a way to get around these constraints, while still using my router?

NB : Just for your information:
In our company, we use Cisco 9500s as CE switches and Cisco 9400s as access switches.
