Tell us what the issue is and we might have a fighting chance of helping you...

when i ping some IP addresses on different switches I am getting ping drop on some interval.

You really need to give us a lot more information about the problem / symptoms / topology before we can assist.

when I ping end device in vlan20. I got ping drop. i want to know that above mentioned commands can be reason for ping drop or not?

Hi,

if you wan to ping from PC in vlan 10 to PC in vlan 20 or inversely then you need a routing device like a L3 switch or a router doing Router on a stick because 1VLAN = 1 subnet and so you need routing to communicate between different VLANs.

Regards

Alain

Use caution when entering the clear spantree uplinkfast command. This command restores the
port-VLAN costs on all ports to the default minus one (18) and the port cost to the default value (19). If
you have configured per-VLAN load sharing on redundant trunk links, the load-sharing configuration
can be affected by this command
You can disable only spanning tree UplinkFast processing on the switch using the set spantree
uplinkfast disable command. This command.
