Hi C9300 cannot enter normal mode after entering command "factory-reset all" Why it happen? I just wanted to delete old configuration. Now it just show "switch:" as prompt. Please see the below. Thanks

# factory-reset all
Erases all the content from the NVRAM, all the Cisco IOS images, including the current boot image, boot variables, startup and running configuration data, and user data.
Follow the below thread to recover from switch:

The command will wipe out everything in the flash and the switch boots into ROMMON.
The only way to get the firmware back in is to use a USB thumb drive and boot the firmware from the thumb drive or perform an "emergency-install usbflash0:".

Thanks. we used management port to recovery it as we did not have usb at that moment
