You can validate using below URL:
https://cway.cisco.com/sncheck/
Also when you insert the Module into Cisco Switch, that also detects and gives you an error if not the true module.

Hello,
these serial numbers do not look like they are Cisco products. There are many third party manufacturers that do work with Cisco, so I am not sure what you mean by fake. Did the seller tell you they are genuine Cisco-manufactured products ? Are they working?
As far as I recall. Cisco has seven global locations where products are manufactured. The first three letters of the serial number (SMT in your case) would indicate the manufacturing location. SMT is not in that list:
Location codes:
CTH --- Celestica - Thailand
FOC --- Foxconn - Shenzhen, China
JAB --- Jabil - Florida
JPE --- Jabil - Malaysia
JSH --- Jabil - Shanghai , China
TAU --- Solectron - Texas
PEN --- Solectron - Malaysia

You can check serial numbers in the Cisco trade tool, Cisco login will be required. The tool displays part-ID (even bundle part-ID country of manufacturer.
