Fanless POE L3 switch

Hi All, 

For my home automation i am looking for a layer 3 switch that meets the following criteria. Currently using 3750 but having issues for the last couple of days. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

1. Fanless (for quiet operation) 

2.PoE (for surveillance cameras)

3. End of life models or the models about to reach EoL (they are cheap to buy from used market)

4. 1G copper ports

5. Layer 3 

6. 24 ports 

Please suggest the models that will match the points above

Then buy 2 of them because unfortunately I think you will not find a fanless L3 switch with 24 ports from Cisco.
