Interfaces on the 2K are intended to be host ports only and are automatically set to spanning-tree port type edge at setup. The spanning-tree port type can not be changed on the 2K and any BPDU's received will send that port into a errdisable state. It is possible to connect one 2k to multiple upstream 5K or 7K's in a virtual port-channel scenario.
