flash is formatted on ROMMON, but can't be opened

Hi,

On ROMMON mode, I downloaded an ios image using tftp, it says:

Copying file c2800nm-ipbase-mz.124-9.T3.bin to flash:.

program load complete, entry point: 0x8000f000, size: 0xcb80

Format: All system sectors written. OK...

Format: Operation completed successfully.

Format of flash: complete

program load complete, entry point: 0x8000f000, size: 0xcb80

open(): Open Error = -13

create a file failed...err code = -1

Is it possible to salvage the flash card? Please advise.

Any update to this case? I've got a similar problem, but with different Output Error of 14, not 13:

Format: All system sectors written. OK...

Format: Operation completed successfully.

Format of flash: complete

program load complete, entry point: 0x8000f000, size: 0xc5a0

Initializing ATA monitor library.......

open(): Open Error = -14

create a file failed...err code = -1

Got this after XMODEMing 12.4(1r) to 2811, after replacing the flash.
