Flex links :
Flex Links are a pair of a Layer 2 interfaces (switch ports or port channels) where one interface is configured to act as a backup to the other.
Switch Stacking:
A switch stack is a set of up to 8 switches connected through their stacking ports. The switch that controls the operation of the stack is the stack master. you need stack cables to connect.
