I would like to monitor on LAN what IP address is accessing SQL server. 

Can someone share with me some methods or tools?

What kind of Switch you have ? you can use Wireshark to capture the traffic.

if you looking longer solution, Span/ Mirror the traffic for later analysis.

put an access list on the switch permitting traffic from any to your SQL server host IP and log the entry

you can use a lot of external tools,
but integrated in many OS is "netstat-n" and search/filter on SQL-server ports
