GLC-TE on 3850-12X 10g

I was told by someone that there was a command on the 3850-12x that you could enable 10g on a GLC-TE sfp, but I haven't been able to find anything that says that is possible.

Has anyone done this?

Is this the part number for your switch?

WS-C3850-12XS

If yes, according to this matric, it is supported as long as you are running XE 3.7.5E or later.

Yes, I know the SFP is supported in the switch.  My question is can you make it a 10g port with that module.  When SFP is inserted, it say 10/100/1000.  Supposedly there is a command to enable 10g with some cli command.

No, you can't make it 10Gig.  Max is 1gig for the module.
