GLC-TE SFP not working in CIsco nexus 3064 switch

Hi Team,

 

Recently we have purchased the GLC-TE SFP from the Cisco team.We tried to connect those SFP's not working in our Cisco nexus switch but the same we have few old GLC-TE SFP tested on the same port its working so no issue in the switch port side.

Below are the output we are getting for the new SFPs switch running on IOS 5.0(3).

 

Need your valuable inputs on this to fix this issue.

Hi PdhineshK,

Referring to the outputs from both working and non-working SFPs, you may notice that the part no. for both the SFPs are different along with the nominal bitrate.
This clarifies that both the SFPs are not same and this could be verified by the Model no against the compatibility matrix.
