Hi,
What is HSRP status while you faced packet drop? is Physical interface IP addresses are also facing packet drop?
Share the show commands output.
I know it was an issue in 16.1.x (something) version that when pinging HSRP address configured on the switch, intermittent packet loss can be observed. The issue is not observed when the physical address is being pinged.

I checked the BUG of 3.3(5)SE same like CSCUX39091
thanks~
