Help re-installing my IOS image

Hey guys , I'm having a hard time with my Catalyst 2950 Switch.I deleted my IOS image completely and , now I'm having problem with the reverse process.I have another Catalyst 2950 , same model working fine , how do I copy the IOS image from the good Switch to the other one ?

First, copy the IOS from the good switch to your TFTP server. 

Next, read THIS.

Thx for your quick answer Leo , I'm having an error message when copying the ios image to the tftp server : %error opening tftp://192.168.1.5/c2950--------.bin(timed out)

Do this on the switch:  

config t

tftp flash:IOS_filename.bin

end

Thx Leo, I had fixed the problem successfully after using a different terminal emulator program.There was a problem with PuTtY and Teraterm , that's why I couldn't reinstall the IOS image even if I followed the proper steps to do so.
