Hi All,
We are getting CPU spikes in our both the Core switches 6509 running on HSRP mode.There is no high utilization of traffic in our LAN.

will give you and idea what process is being invoked as well as by task and how long running

Hi,
TO add,Check couple of things.
1. if you are running HSRP, check for the stability of the same.
2. If you have spanning tree configured, check what is the version number and if it is increasing rapidly, check for any loops.
3. Any broadcast storms
Attach the o/ps of these commands.
sh process cpu sorted
sh logging

We are looking to migrate from present LAN to Wireless. Can you suggest me which wireless devices are most advantage and the quotation.
