Hi,
I am getting the high latency on my LAN devices, i have seen its an intermittent peak in latency. how do it troubleshoot the things please help me out.

I'm not an expert at this, but it may help if you list some details regarding your network - configuration/topology/Scale and what sort of devices you have in your network.

Its all WS-C3750-48PS-S, stack swtichs in access level.

Hi,
Do you have any historical graph and proofs to identify at what times you are getting high peaks?
You need to identify all the uplink ports and verify them to be error free to eliminate Layer 1 problems.
You need to have an eye on the utilization of these links to see whether they are hitting peaks at times?
Such things would narrow down your problem identification methods.
At this point of time we can't really help you more than this.
