How can I check realtime traffic ?

I'd like to check realtime traffic for my C2960 swtiches.

How can I check ?

And can I see the total traffic in a day ?

In case of c2960, what kind of traffics can I see ?

You will needs something that can log the statistics.
Systems like Prime Infrastructure/DNA Centre is a good example. These take screenshots every 15 minutes.
AKiPS is another but takes shots every 60 seconds minimum.
