hi, i change password on switch 3750 but for some reason i put wrong password how can change this? this switch is on production and i can't shut down, i try access several time With the password they gave me but still no work.

This link will guide you in order to execute a password recovery on the switch 3750 after business hours, if you have any NCM server you could verify previous config, also have you tried through the console port?
