How to configure MAC authentication on a CBS220

I have several CBS220-24P switches and have to configure them so that MAC authentication is active.

how can i get this done?

this is the guide for port security in SMB switches. same should apply to 220 model. slight GUI differences will be there.

Hello,

as far as I recall (if you are looking for 802.1x MAC authentication), this is not supported at all on the 200 series. It is on the 500X series (as explained in the short video below).

You need buy switch series catalyst 2960x lan base or catalyst 9000 series for using mac-address feature filter/access
