how to configure storm-control action in cisco nexus 5596 switch

Hi,

 

I want to configure "storm-control action trap" in nexus 5596 switch but there is no option "action" after storm-control command like below. is OS support action command ? OS version is version 5.2(1)N1(1).  please help, Thanks in Advance.

 

switch(config-if)#
switch(config-if)# storm-control ?
  broadcast  Broadcast address storm control
  multicast  Multicast address storm control
  unicast    Unicast address storm control

Hi,

By default, the NX-OS software takes no corrective action when the traffic exceeds the configured level. However, you can configure an Embedded Event Management (EEM) action to error-disable an interface if the traffic does not subside (drop below the threshold) within a certain time period.
