How to connect Catalyst 2960-S F/O Port (using glc-lh-sm 30-1299-03 SFP) with Raisecom RC001 Media Converter or with any Third Party switch ?

On one end I've Raisecom RC001 1slot media convert (connected with the Copper Switch) and on other end I want to connect  Catalyst 2960-S with GLC-LH-SM 30-1299-03 SFP module. (Distance 5 KM). 

I was using Zyxel GS2210 switch before which got faulty and I don't have the same to replace it. I've just Catalyst 2960-S  available to make the link up.
Please guide me how can I establish the link between F/O Port  of 2960 and Raisecom RC001 1 slot Media Converter ?

I also have following SFP modules , kindly also tell if they could help me in this regard?

the link below shows you which transceivers are compatible with your 2960S. As for connecting the switch to a third party device such as your Zyxel, it usually comes down to trial and error, as there is no comprehensive documentation on which converter works with which third party device...
