I accidentally bricked my Cisco C9300L switch and no longer has IOS or Bootstrap. Can I save copy of IOS and Bootstrap from my other Cisco C9300L switch and save to USB drive? Then copy images onto the switch that is inoperable?

IF the switch is in ROMMON, it is not possible to copy the BIN fine into the flash.
The only options are to boot the firmware from the USB or to use the command "emergency-install usbflash0:filename.bin" to put the packages back into the switch.
