Hi

You need to evaluate the traffic passing through these switches, and the capabilities you need on it, throughput, fiber or ethernet, if they are going to work as layer 2 only or it will be running any routing protocol, etc. You mentioned POE(+) you could check the 3650 or 3850:

Could you please provide more details about the question?

There are different blocks having CCTV points. There will be separate infra for CCTV. All blocks are connected with a central location over fiber.

Every blocks have their own POE+ switch for CCTV and use SFP/SFP+ link to connect with central location. So how we identify the switch at block end and at central end.

Similarly, every blocks have different data/voice/wifi points and have their own POE+ switch which also connected with SFP+/SFP link over fiber with central location. So how we identify which switch will be best at block end and at central end.

Also the Internet service provide will come to central location and there will be also WAN controller for wifi. So how we identify about service router and WAN controller.

Similarly for VOIP PBX solution

You need to identify the performance requirements of your applications, i.e. how demanding they will be of your network.  Then you chose a switch that meets and/or exceeds those requirements.

Every blocks have their own POE+ switch for CCTV and use SFP/SFP+ link to connect with central location. So how we identify the switch at block end and at central end.
