how to isolate vlan access control

e.g. in my network have many vlans, i want vlan 8 can not access other vlans, opposite other vlans can not access vlan8 neither.
how to do it?

device is switch c9200L-48T-4G, network is all switches via vlan 1 trunk connect. then have vlan 2-20.
how to setup isolate vlan 8 from others, more detail is more good cause i m a beginner.
