switch: emergency-install usbflash0:\cat9k_iosxe.17.03.01.SPA.bin

Instead of this why not boot from USB

switch:boot usbflash0:\cat9k_iosxe.17.03.01.SPA.bin

I "think" the firmware file is missing from the USB flash drive (or the filename is incorrect).

The file is there in USB Flash drive and name is correct. I have downloaded other version but the result is same.
