How to recover a damage flash in catalyst 3750G

Hello all, I have cisco catalyst 3750G series switch and I updated that switch ios version 12.25.SE5 to 12.55.SE12. After I changed the image boot file and reload the switch but the switch can't boot. Then I unplug the switch and plug again then I can see all LED light are up just one second as soon as I plug the power cable then all LED light are goes off even can't see sys led light. I tried to connect with console using Tera Term but can't see any message only black screen and I also tried to change mode to get rommon but it doesn't work. I can't reach to rommon mode. Please suggest us what can cause the problem and how can I solve this? Thank you in advance.

I can't get into rommon mode and can't connect with console as well. When I connect with console it didn't see any message only seeing black screen. That can be a flash damage? Is there a way to recover flash.
