How to upgrade 2960L series by .BIN file

Hi ,I tried to upgrade IOS step by step as normal 2960 butt It look like different with L-series 

Please suggest me how to do it ?  

first

1.copy  ISO.bin to the device in flash directory

2.set boot image to thtat  ISO.bin

butt not work , switch still boot the old ISO. I have heard it different  need help !!!

Download the TAR file and use the following command:

archive download-sw /overwrite tftp://<TFTP_IP ADDRESS>/<IOS_FILENAME>.tar
