I have a remote site on a 2811 IOS 12.4(15). Interface FA 0/0 faces the ISP and is set for DHCP. What command can I run to see all of the information given out with the IP lease from the ISP? I need to find out what the IP address of the DNS servers are.
All responses appricated.
Cheers,
Frederick Sawyer

Not sure about an ios command, but if you can take a downtime and hub out or tap the line and do a packet capture on it, you'll get all the dhcp information you want.
Just a thought.

Hi,
to see traffic he can also use the RITE feature: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_4t/12_4t11/ht_rawip.html
Regards.

Hi,
Came across this post and thought of providing some info that I use for this.
Try the command "show dhcp lease"

Also "show dhcp server" is useful as well.
