HSRP Standby Command

Hello, 

I am running  Cisco IOS XE Software [Fuji], Version 16.09.03, I am trying to configure HSRP for failover purposes but the "standby" command is nowhere to be found when configuring my vlan, or my interfaces. When i type "standby ?" i get "unrecognized command" Is there configuration that needs to occur in order for me to see this command. Thanks!

What is your license level?  You may need network advantage license for HSRP: See link:
